French Group Courses for Beginners A1.1 & A1.2
Our group courses for beginners are divided into two levels:
A1.1 – For absolute beginners
This course is suitable if you do not speak any French yet or only know a few words. You will learn the basics of French and practice speaking from the very first lesson.
A1.2 – For beginners with some basic knowledge
This course is intended for students who have completed A1.1 or already have some basic knowledge of French
What will you learn during this course?
From the first lesson, you will actively practice speaking. The lessons are communicative, practical, and tailored to the level of the group. You will build vocabulary and grammar step by step and learn to have simple conversations in recognizable situations.
You will learn, among other things:
- introducing yourself, greeting others, and saying goodbye
- talking about preferences and leisure activities
- asking for directions and finding your way around the city
- making appointments
- talking about family and living situations
- booking a hotel room and choosing a restaurant
- conducting a simple telephone conversation
- writing short emails and messages

1 to 2 hours per week
Remarks:
The maximum group size is 7 people, so do not delay your registration.
We open a course when a minimum of 4 students have registered.
The language agency CDF Cours de Français is registered in the Central Register for Short Vocational Education (CRKBO). This means that our courses are exempt from VAT.
*With this course, you will reach level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
